Summer, 2013:
Villa recently served as cover conductor for the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra's performances on April 26 & 27.
In early January, Villa's vibraphone performance of Mark Glentworth's Blues for Gilbert was aired on WDAV's Carolina Live program as well as South Carolina ETV Radio.
During the first week of January, Villa and the Davidson College Symphony Orchestra performed in Virginia, New Jersey, and North Carolina as part of their annual winter tour.
